Our Accutase is a cell detachment solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. It has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements for gentle and effective detachment of adherent cells. Comparing to the traditional Trypsin/EDTA treatment, Accutase treatment is even gentle to cells leading to increased viability. Moreover, inactivation of the enzymes by inhibitors or serum is avoided.
We produce ready-to-use cryoprotective medium, with or without serum, for cell storage on individual customer demand.
In addition, kits for molecular biology approches are also available from us. Besides silica gel-base spin-column, we present magnetic beads-based DNA extraction kits, which comparing to the former one, greatly reduce the number of times by centrifugation and obtain a better integrity of the plasmid.
